GWE once again awarded as a TOP training company
The Braunschweig Chamber of Industry and Commerce once again honours the extraordinary achievements in training with its seal of quality.
Stederdorf – For many years, training has been an essential component of GWE's future-oriented personnel policy. "Now that the shortage of skilled workers is clearly noticeable in all industries, we are all the more pleased that our strategy of specifically promoting our own young talent is working so well," says Markus Hollmann (GWE Managing Director), explaining the training concept.
A few weeks ago, GWE, which implements projects all over the world as a well construction expert for a sustainable water supply, once again took on the challenge of being certified by the Braunschweig Chamber of Industry and Commerce. "On the one hand, it is good advertising for us as an employer to the outside world, and on the other hand, it allows us to reflect on our processes internally and have them objectively evaluated in order to discover further potential for improvement," says Benjamin Küster (GWE Training and Marketing Manager), describing the approach to the renewed certification. This time, too, two examiners evaluated an extensive catalogue of criteria that deals with all stages of training from recruiting to the final examination. Ann-Kathrin Frohmüller, the coordinator of the certification on the part of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, once again attests to the GWE's outstanding performance. "The GWE team has gone one step further since the first certification in 2021. You can tell in the conversations that the trainees have a connection to the company, that they feel very comfortable and, in addition to the good technical training, are supported beyond the normal level in various projects of their own."
"We are very happy and grateful for this award. We can consider ourselves lucky to have achieved this goal again. Many thanks to all our employees for the great teamwork. Our trainees are part of our future at GWE and we attach great importance to supporting them in their training process in the best possible way and preparing them for future tasks. We are particularly proud that we have had a retention rate of 100% in recent years," explains Markus Hollmann.
The certification is now valid for three years again and can be extended by a new audit. Thanks to this honour, GWE remains one of the first-class points of contact for well-founded and future-oriented training in the district of Peine. Interested students can already get a taste of the working world of GWE at the Future Day on April 3rd. Registration is very easy by calling 05171-2940 or info@gwe-gruppe.de.
