High-efficiency submersible pump systems

Energy efficient systems by combination of GWE stainless steel pump hydraulic with a permanent magnet submersible motor. The frequency converter scores an optimal performance in all operation conditions. It reduces the power demand and, based on this, minor cable diameter sizes will be realized, cost reduction.

Keep in mind our pick-up service! For submersible pumps, you can also obtain a test and performance record made at our state of the art and calibrated test bench.

Pump repair

Pumps are the heart of a system. We know: Time is always the most critical factor when a pump fail. We offer immediate availability of replacement pumps and take care of analysis and inspection of the dismantled submersible pumps. Based on the results of the review we carry out necessary repairs and keep records of all relevant performance data on our calibrated test stand. As an authorized SubFactory®, GWE offers ISO-certified installation of GRUNDFOS submersible pumps. 

Pump design

Nowadays, pump design is often accomplished by automatic programs based on standard parameters like the yield (Q) and pressure head (H). But in some cases, specific requirements need customized material and deviations from the standard. For energy-optimized projects it is also important to consider the intersection of the operating point with the pump curve in the context of the system curve. Here GWE assist you with expert consulting, remote or at site.

Pump test stand

GWE’s pump service includes a test stand for submersible motor pumps with two tanks. Clear separation between new pumps and repaired pumps. The entire control system, sensors and analysis are state-of-the-art and fulfil the highest precision class according to DIN EN ISO 9906 (Class 1). This enable to conduct hydraulic tests as well as precisely and realistically mapping the operating point settings for a pump.
